Termination of the Partnership Agreement
Termination of the Partnership Agreement between the company Theo Koblischek – “Jimmy-Eisstöcke” and the IFI The following agreement was reached between Mr Theo Koblischek and the International Federation Icestocksport: “The partnership agreement between the International Federation Icestocksport and the company Theo Koblischek – “Jimmy Eisstöcke” shall terminate on 31 March 2012. Icestocks distributed by Theo Koblischek – “Jimmy Eisstöcke” including any associated icestock material shall continue to be usable without restrictions as long as they have been licenced by the IFI.” It was agreed that strict confidentiality would be observed regarding the other conditions of the agreement.
